Years ago, in a dermatology clinic in Würzburg, Germany, Dr. Jane—who holds a doctorate in dermatology—met a woman concerned about a subtle change in her skin.

For more than four years, the IROLLING team worked toward a goal that sounded simple but proved difficult to achieve: creating advanced skincare that could deliver meaningful improvements while fitting gently into everyday life.
From the stability and dissolution of the micro-point materials to the way the roller felt and moved around the eyes and cheeks, every detail required repeated testing and refinement. Specialists in materials, formulation, engineering, and design worked closely together to turn a scientific concept into an experience that felt comfortable, practical, and easy to use.
The development process was not a straight line. Some ideas performed well in testing but did not feel comfortable enough. Others appeared elegant in theory but did not work naturally in a real skincare routine.
The team repeatedly reconsidered materials, refined the structure, and listened to user feedback until scientific performance and everyday experience could work together.
Ultimately, they discovered that the breakthrough was not greater intensity.
It was greater precision.
From a Fixed Patch to a More Flexible Approach
Most dissolving micro-point products use fixed patches that cover only predetermined areas.
IROLLING took a different approach.
The team combined bio-soluble micro-points with an ergonomically designed roller that follows the natural contours of the face, making it easier to care for areas such as the eye contour and cheeks.
Unlike conventional rollers made with permanent metal needles, IROLLING’s micro-points gradually dissolve during use. The lightweight, easy-to-control rolling format also makes an unfamiliar and complex technology feel more approachable.
Created in the Lab, Shaped by Real Experience
Laboratory testing was only one part of the development process. The team also listened carefully to the experiences of real users.
During an early test, users noticed an unpleasant odor from an adhesive that had already met the required safety standards.
Rather than dismissing what might have seemed like a minor concern, the team returned to its suppliers to find an alternative that could meet the same rigorous standards while creating a more comfortable experience.
That improvement reflects a principle that continues to guide IROLLING:
Meeting a standard is only the beginning.
A truly well-designed product should also feel comfortable and reassuring—and be something people want to make part of their daily lives.
Putting Every Step to the Test
We believe scientific ideas must ultimately be tested in real use.
The complete IROLLING skincare system was evaluated in a 28-day study involving 30 participants between the ages of 31 and 50. Participants used the system once a week.
After 28 days, instrumental measurements showed:
A 14.54% reduction in the measured area of nasolabial folds;
A 29.80% reduction in measured transepidermal water loss;
A 30.87% increase in measured skin elasticity;
A 28.74% improvement in the measured firmness parameter;
A 32.76% increase in measured skin gloss.
All 30 participants completed the study, and no irritation or allergic reactions were observed during the evaluation.
These findings reflect an assessment of the complete IROLLING system—including the bio-soluble micro-point roller, PDRN concentrate, and ceramide repair mask—and should not be attributed to any individual product or component used alone.
For us, testing is not the end of development. It provides a foundation for continued listening, validation, and improvement.
