AFTER YOUR ORDER SHIPS

A shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking scans may take time to appear after the label is created.

REQUEST AN ORDER UPDATE

Email service@irollingshop.com with both of the following:

1. Your order number
2. The email address used for the purchase

For account security, order details can only be discussed with the purchaser using matching order information.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Eligible U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak periods can affect delivery timing.

ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUE

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes may not be possible.
