30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return for an unopened product within 30 days of delivery.

HYGIENE & SINGLE-USE ITEMS

Because the kit contains individually packaged single-use skincare components, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending anything back, email service@irollingshop.com with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request. If the return is eligible, our team will provide the return instructions and return address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photos of the shipping box, label, and affected items so we can review the issue.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different item, contact our team. Availability and eligibility are reviewed case by case.
